These Terms of Service govern your use of Opus Intelligence. By creating an account you agree to use the service only for lawful real estate marketing and professional communications.

Paid plans

Chat is not included with a free account. After you create and verify an account, you must choose a paid plan before using Opus Intelligence.

Acceptable use

• Do not generate discriminatory, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or product boundaries.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing it to clients or MLS.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Fair Housing requirements.
